Short description:

Can you add Separate Hunger drain configs so people can adjust different amounts of hunger drain modifiers depending on totem rarity?
This way people who got like 1 or 2 lvl 1 abilities like step assist or magnetize will have lower hunger drain than people who use resistance regeneration strength etc. can have higher hunger drain?
This way it would be a lot easier to balance out for Modpacks.

I won't have time for this myself any time soon, but PRs are welcome!
