Short description:

From ForgeCraft:

The way you calculate the number of player levels I think is off by one or something. I couldn't apply it until I was player level 31 (I tried at 30.5). At 31 and a bit it took me down to level 5. My guess is you are flooring the value, when realistically you probably want to ceil it?
