Is it possible to get a config option to cap the amount of abilities you can have active at the same time?

Either have a capped number of abilities or a capped amount of xp used. Preferable something that can be set in the config file, with 0 being unlimited.

Nevermind, I'm blind, there was an option for it in the config file... My bad
