Before Continuing:

• Always check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
• Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue still persists.
• If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
  Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
• Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Issue Detail

Although stripped variants of the bioshroom stems exist, Every Compat does not seem to recognize the blocks and defaults to oak.

OPTIONAL: To Produce

1. Load into instance with Regions Unexplored, Macaw's Furniture (or other mod that uses stripped logs) and Every Compat.
2. Use JEI or Creative inventory to search for stripped bioshroom to find the furniture.
3. Furniture will use stripped oak logs instead of corresponding stripped bioshroom stem.

Tested this recently and the issue no longer appears, closing this.
