[🐞]: Update from 2.721 to 2.7.23 (started with 22) removed a massive amount of blocks (453 in my modpack)

Code of Conduct
- Always check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
- Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue still persists.
- If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit - Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Issue Detail
Updating removed 453 blocks out of my modpack. Blocks that where working (except some issues with dtquark and dtterralith (Dynamic Trees Addons), which I made a seperate issue for)
It seems compatibility between Quark: Bookshelf, Chest, Trapped Chest, Ladder, Vertical Slab, Vertical Planks
has disappeared for Better Archeology and Domum Ornamentum.
Also: Quark Hedge and Carpet for Dynamic Tree Addons DT Quark and DT Terralith (previous issue has been marked as outdated! Could be intentional or not. As these weren't working as expected anyway.
Create has no compatibility more for following stone types:
Naturalist: Shellstone,
Quark: Duskbound, Jasper, Limestone, Midori, Myalite, Permafrost, Shale, Shingles, Soul Sandstone
Supplementaries: Ash
Macaw Paths has no compatibility for following stone types:
Quark: Jasper, Limestone, Myalite, Permafrost, Shale, Soul Sandstone
Supplementaries: Ash
I attached a file with all my missing blocks.

Not good. I'll apply a quick update to the EC. Do u have Discord account? if yes, then you can find me in Supplementaries discord (Can be found in EveryCompat's curseforge page or Supplementaries'). I'll provide you the compiled jar to see if it resolve the issue
