It's an enhancement to the connected textures, currently it's just the glass edge moving a bit.
Connected:

1 block gone:

Normal chipped textures:

(I even see the normal chipped ones aren't perfect, but at least they connect)

Is this behavior applied to any WoodType? Which block from Chipped?

The mod version is referring to Chipped's version. don't use idk, it's easy to find out. I'll edit your POST assuming you are using the latest version of Chipped for 1.21.1

Ok i took a quick look at Chipped's bordered glass pane and glass. I cannot determine what's the problem. Can you tell me what's the problem?

Oh I'm sorry I looked at the wrong chipped glass, will probably suggest different textures to them.
