Every Compat adds Log -> FD Tree Bark recipes on the cutting board using an Axe. Extra Delight adds one for its Cinnamon Log that gives Cinnamon Bark, which is then used in a cutting recipe with a Knife to get Raw Cinnamon and FD Tree Bark.

Install Extra Delight and Every Compat (and dependencies), then look at the Cutting Board uses for the Cinnamon Log.
Ok. I need to blacklist cinnamon_log since it already has a recipe for the bark.
EDIT:
If you have CraftTweaker or KubeJS, then you can use them to remove the recipe, everycomp:fd/cutting/extradelight/cinnamon_log. For now.
In the next few days, there will be more bugs being reported for EC 1.21.1 so they will be fixed.
