This seems to make it impossible to put items in armor stand's hand (I'm using datapacks to enable armor stand customization). If at all possible it would be nice if you allowed this functionality somehow; by making it so items equip to armor stand hands when crouching, by making everything is a hat not apply to armor stands (optionally), or whatever works.

A related option I'd like to see, that would work as a sort of half-fix for the armor stand issue, is to only allow blocks to be placed on a player's head. Most items look weird anyways and armor stands usually won't need blocks in their hand slots.
