Purifier produces enchanted books without enchantment.

Version 1.9.4, EvilCraft 0.10.6.
When the purifier is used to remove the last enchantment from a book, it used to convert the stripped book into a normal book item. Now, it reduces it to a useless "Enchanted Book" with no enchantments.
@immortaleeb Some regression possible here?
