Problem: You can't put a tank in a blood chest that is completely filled

Expected behaviour: able to put the tank in there, for future blood-filling of the chest if some is used

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Fill your blood chest with blood
• Try to put a tank or other blood storage in there
