Problem: Primed Pendant consumes blood from Rejuvenated Flesh (I am aware of issue #329 but I did not consider this item as a tank/container.)

Expected behavior: For the Primed Pendant to drain tanks in the inventory and extractor if enabled, but not from other "tools".

This is intended behaviour, since tools that run on blood are also seen as blood containers.

I do however recognise the problem; you do not always want blood consumers to take blood from all possible containers in your inventory.
I might just remove the consume-blood-from-all-containers functionality, since this seems to cause confusion for players.
I'll leave this issue open as a task for myself.
