Could you pastebin us the full forge crash log?
But anyways, It's probably an enchantment (in this case PoisonTip)) ID conflict with another mod.
Since Forge does not add functionality to prevent enchantment id clashes between mods, we've added the option to change id's from the enchantments in the evilcraft config file.
Hope this solves your problem.

When I checked the IDs for the enchantments I already had and what EvilCraft was trying to use there was an overlap. I wish Forge would at least throw out an error staying that this was the case.
