Problem:
2+ IC2Exp Universal Fluid Cell with blood in Blood Chest doesn't spend blood in capsules.

Expected behaviour:
Infinity blood.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  • Stack of Universal Fluid Cell with blood put into Blood Chest
  • Put broken item (with damage) into Blood Chest
  • Endless blood repair broken item. Enjoy and cry.
