Problem:
I right click the staff, the skull hits the target, and nothing happens
Expected behaviour:
I right click the staff, the skull hits the target, and zombies spawn and attack the target
Steps to reproduce the problem:
-load minecraft 1.11.2 with evilcraft
-try to use the necromancer staff on an animal
