Short description:

Right-clicking an Eternal Water Block fills whatever fluid container you're holding, unless it's a vanilla bucket.

Expected behaviour:

Right-clicking an Eternal Water Block with an empty bucket should fill it with water.

Actual behaviour:

Right-clicking an Eternal Water Block with an empty bucket doesn't do anything.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Place an Eternal Water Block
2. Right-click it with a Dark Tank, or any other mod's fluid tank (it will fill it)
3. Right-click it with a bucket (nothing will happen)
