Dupe bug with blood extractor

Short description:
With blood extractor activated in inventory if I drop item from inventory it drops, but remains in inventory. Can continue dropping infinitely.
Does not occur when blood extractor is disabled
Expected behaviour:
Item leaves inventory when dropped
Actual behaviour:
Item remains in inventory when dropped
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Activate blood extractor, have in toolbar
- Put torch in toolbar
- hit 'Q' or whatever drop button
- you drop torch, but torch remains
- deactivate blood extractor, repeat steps, see that it works as desired
Versions:
Exact versions of the following mods, not just latest.
- This mod: 1.12.2-0.10.50
- CyclopsCore: 1.12.2-0.11.5
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.2.2619
