Environmental accumulators should not drop upon breaking, and also when moved (using eg portal gun mod) we might punish the player by making the block explode.

Since 6c69828, environmental accumulators have the hardness of obsidian and will not be dropped when breaking. Next to that I've also tested wether or not I can move the block with a gravity gun and I've not found it possible, so for now I'll close this issue. We may have to revisit this later in the future
