Thaumcraft Aspects Not Appearing Correctly with TC Beta 20

The Thaumcraft aspect for support for Evilcraft is not working correctly in Thaumcraft Beta 20. None of the items given aspects in Evilcraft have aspects assigned to them. I think this may be due to changes with aspect registering in TC Beta 20, as TC changelog listed some.
