Short description:

"Steve lured the cow to the environmental accumulator with wheat and soft noises. Bessy didn't know what was going to happen, and truth be told neither did he. When she passed the bloody beam it lofted her high into the sky with a surprised "MOOOOO~!". Steve then placed the weather bottle into the stream, where it flowed upwards into the sky... only the bottle would return."
