Issue description

Changing the Damage multiplier for monsters value doesnt seem to do anything? i could just be doing it wrong? though i imagine setting it to 2.0 would cause it to do 2x the damage to creepers? but atm all the weapons seem to do the same amount of damage to players and mobs even though monster damage is set to 0.5 by default

Steps to reproduce (if reproducing the issue requires exact steps)

Shoot something and not its damage
Change the monster damage multiplier ingame or the config directly
Restart game
Shoot something and observe no change in damage

Monsters damage is supposed to be the damage MONSTERS like ZOMBIES, SKELETONS etc

The actual damage your looking for is the weapons damage at the bottom of the config file.
U can edit the damage for each individual weapon that way :) any issues please ask I'll try my best to help ya

mob damage basically causes mobs to hit you harder with them guns
