End cake does not work without creative.
player has gamemode 1: end cake teleport in the world end
player has gamemode 0: end cake not teleport into the world end

Using Ex Nihilo/Ex Astris/ASkyBlock on Thermos build 58 forge version 1614 (MC 1.7.10)
