hammer_rf reports it doesn't harvest cobblestone.

Normal Ex Nihilo hammers report they can harvest cobblestone. The RF powered hammer says it cannot harvest cobblestone, however it faithfully still works like the Ex Nihilo hammers (given enough RF).
