Mana Sieve is missing in 1.12+

I've been looking in the configs and found this part

The mana cost of the Mana Sieve per Tick.

Looking into the avaible items/blocks it's not there, am I missing something?

Still dont find the Mana Sieve or Hammer, neither throu JEI, Search nor Item Dump
