I have an Auto Hammer set up with an energy conduit (enderio) putting power in it. It works fine for a couple of hours, but then stops taking in power for no reason at all. Mining and placing it again fixes this. It doesn't happen with any other machines.
EDIT: Seems to happen after relogging.

This isn't happening to me, what versions are you on?
