[1.12.2] When you remove a Compressed Hammer from the AutoHammer, it continues breaking blocks

Steps To Reproduce:
- Place the AutoHammer in world, provide it some power
- Place a Compressed Hammer in the hammer slot (I have used diamond one)
- Place some Compressed Cobblestone into the cobblestone slot
- Wait until AutoHammer start processing
- Remove Compressed Hammer from the hammer slot
