I tried to automate auto compressed hammers and sieves with transport pipes and it always inserts in the wrong port.

Auto Compressed Hammer:

• the hammer gets put in the slot for the hammering and than in the first result slot, after that it stops filling up, the hammer slots arn't filling

Auto Compressed Sieve:

• the mesh doesn't get extracted from chest

I've tried it with Applied Energistics 2, mekanism logical transport pipes and vanilla hoppers.
Also not working with normal Hammers and Sieves
