Auto Sieve GUI shows 0 RF even though it's full

Probably the same issue as in Ex Astris. Not sure how to reproduce yet. Usually fixes itself once it starts processing.
Ah. sendPrograssBarUpdate turns the value into a short. It's probably not even needed though, since we're sending updates from the TileEntity anyways... I just took it over from Ex Astris.
