The issue is were if you feed a Auto Compressor blocks constantly with no way for it to expel the product blocks it will instead to that itself by throwing the blocks everywhere extruding them from itself.
This can happen because the storage container for the item has become full or no storage at all, but still being fed blocks to compress continuously.
