When these minerals are in the Flux Compactor, it can cause the machine to not work,, It would be great if you could update it for 1.20.1 cause there are a lot of mods in my modpack that are still stuck in 1.20.1

This is how the compactor has always worked, you need to filter only the items you want to compact into it.
