Having B:doTinkersConstructCompat=true whilst Tinker's Construct's tools module is set to false crashes the game on startup

When B:doTinkersConstructCompat=true in ExNihiloCreatio.cfg and B:TinkerTools=false in TinkerModules.cfg the game crashes on startup.
