Having B:doTinkersConstructCompat=false with Tinker's Construct installed breaks Ex Nihilo Creatio's JEI menus

When B:doTinkersConstructCompat=false in ExNihiloCreatio.cfg and Tinkers' Construct is installed none of Ex Nihilo Creatio's custom JEI recipe menus will show up.
