Allow Precise Export Bus to export higher than stack amounts, as it breaks energy exporting

As an example, im giving a machine items and energy using this configuration:
And I can make FE export more than 64 (nor does this bus allow an acceleration card which would also help)
I tried adding many different FE with 64, but to no avail.
