Extended AE issue

I have an issue with the mod where the circuit slicer just isn't progressing at all with any of the circuit recipes. It might be because my singleplayer game is running at about 5 spt (seconds per tick) and that's causing the slicer to go really slowly, but even when I have the max number of acceleration cards installed, it still doesn't progress, like, at all. I have all the necessary ingredients in it, 100 mb water and a block of silicon/gold/diamond/certus quartz, I have the max number of acceleration cards installed, I even have it connected to the network through a pattern provider (because, I mean, who doesn't use the slicer for circuit automation), but it still won't progress in the slightest! I've had it working on a printed silicon for, like, an in-game week at this point, and the farthest it has gotten so far is 1% completed before I inadvertently interrupted it. I've even AFK'd overnight after I interrupted it in the hopes I'd wake up to see the number having gone up, but it still hasn't progressed at all! I have had it chunkloaded this whole time via multiple means (Initially with Flux Networks and its chunk loading option in points and plugs, then with Open Parties & Claims, and even having my player physically near or within the chunk it's in) and I haven't seen it progress at all.

install JEI Extra if you're using JEI
i can't reproduce your issue. could you provide more information like screenshot or your setup?
The cable is right behind the provider, which is pointing down towards the slicer. The cable is connected to the main controller through a subcontroller, ME Wireless Connectors, and a P2P tunnel, which I did a while back and wasn't an issue when I did it. And, as you can probably tell in the bottom right, I am using Applied Flux, but that really shouldn't be a factor, I used it since I started this network.
