Singleplayer or Multiplayer: Multiplayer (server)

In singleplayer, when a Budding Fully Entroized Fluix block is placed, it reverts over time back into Fluix as expected. However, on a multiplayer server, the same block eventually reverts into a Certus Quartz Block instead.

It should turn into certus block at last instead of fluix block. Are you sure it turns into fluix block in singleplayer world?
