No matter how long I wait that Crystal fixer is not doing its thing.

I can't reproduce this bug. Could you check the crystal fixer's recipe and it isn't get changed?

Do you play on Linux? What's your java version?

JEI shows the recipe. I don't have any other "Ender Dust" in the pack so there is no chance that I used the wrong one.
Adding to that - I'm not in any claimed chunks or in range of my colony from Minecolonies, so there is nothing that should prevent it from working.
Should this "Progress" number increase?
There is nothing in the log, or at least I dont see anything new when I build this setup.
I have the same issue with Budding Certus Quartz - nothing is happening.

Could you show your full setup?

there is nothing more to it, as its on my test world. I had the same issue on my server, so I thought that I would just figure out how to use it in my test world, but as you see it's just not working.
Adding to it, I tested different power sources and while all of them five power to the device nothing so far made it work.
