The "minekea" mod appears to be weirdly replacing the end stone model. Does normal end stone look right?

commented

Oh heck, it looks like they're replacing the end stone model only if a config is enabled but providing a bad blockstate file no matter what. If that's what they're doing, there's nothing I can do in my end

commented

I'll make issue on their Github page, if there nothing they can do (or want do) i'll simply turn BetterEnd compat off.

And yes, end stone ores looks fine

No, I mean, does normal vanilla end stone look fine?

Yes

Hmm. One more thing. If you turn off the config option related to cobbled end stone for minekea, does it work then?

commented

No, it doesn't.

Huh. Okay then, I think I know what's up here. I'll see what I hear from the minekea folks on that issue you opened; otherwise, it may be a general ARRP compat issue though I thought I'd solved those. In that case, I won't be able to do anything until I'm back from my trip, in ~3 weeks; sorry.

commented

No problem, i think.

Hmm, I've let this get a bit stale. I'll poke at it again in the next week or two if possible - I suspect that something has just made me run before ARRP instead of after and that is causing some issues. If that's the case, I'll see what I can do to fix it - though there may not be anything with how ARRP works (part of why I moved DynAssetGen away from it to begin with). I'll see - I'm mostly putting this here to remind myself to poke at it again.
