Most vanilla items disappeared from creative inventory and JEI

All items but enchanted books disappeared. I had only the dependencies installed.

Ah, I think I figured it out. Weirdness with registries and CreativeModeTabs on Forge, best I could tell... should be fixed on 0.2.1
