converted to .txt because Github doesn't like json5. Cosmere adds 8 new ores for Forge 1.20.1

I think I figured out how to contribute now. Github is weird. It should just need someone to check the json5 syntax and then approve the PR. I haven’t been able to repackage the .jar locally due to a system error, so it’s currently untested. (That also means that I can’t just play the local file and have to wait for the PR to merge into the next version, unfortunately)
