Describe the bug
During Nighttime, most blocks (barrels, sieves) are responding only to sky light and not block light such as torches.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place sieve at night
2. sieve a block

Expected behavior
If an area is lit by blocks, the lighting should not be dark
