Hostile mobs can spawn on infested leaves

Hostile mobs can spawn on infested leaves. I would expect infested leaves to be treated as transparent blocks same as vanilla leaves so no mobs can spawn on them.

You can see on the screenshot with light overlay that mobs can spawn on them, and I've also witnessed it happening.
