Witchwater transformation does not preserve "Major Positive" gossip

Describe the bug
When transformed via WitchWater and then cured, a villager will only have the first tier of discounts. These discounts should stack to five.
To Reproduce
infect and cure a villager two or more times, give them a job block and notice the trade price does not properly continue to reduce after the first "Curing"
