Change name of Cobalt Chunk and Cobalt Piece to make it consistent with other ore chunks/pieces

Change these item's names:
Cobalt Chunk --> Cobalt Ore Chunk
Cobalt Piece --> Cobalt Ore Piece

yes, the repo is still private. i hope @NovaMachina can make it public as i can't do it. fixed it in new version. should be live any minute
