I was hopeing to use this specific mod on a custom modpack on curseforge but the mod is only updated to 1.19.2 for forge mod version

As stated on the mod page:

Beginning with Version 5.0.0 (Minecraft Version 1.20.1), Ex Nihilo: Sequentia will only support NeoForge. Version 4.2.X (Minecraft Version 1.19.X) will continue to be supported until Minecraft Version 1.21 is released, at which point Minecraft 1.19.X, and consequentially Minecraft Forge, will no longer be supported.
