Sieves are unresponsive if it is on a server

Describe the bug
sieves don't work even if the player right clicks on them if the world is loaded from a server

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. start a forge server (34.1.42 as of this writing)
  2. have ex nihilo
  3. attempt to sieve
  4. nothing happens

Expected behavior
the sieves should be able to do their job though
