Seeds do not compost in vanilla composter

Describe the bug
Cactus, Bamboo, Sweet Berry, Sugarcane, and grass seeds do not compost in the vanilla composter. I haven't tested any others, but I don't think they compost either.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Grab Cactus Seeds, or any other seeds from Ex Nihilo
  2. Right click on vanilla composter.

Expected behavior
The Ex Nihilo seeds should compost the same was that vanilla seeds do.
