There's only one thing you can do with pebbles.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to make stairs, slabs, walls, and the like out of pebbles. Slabs can be two pebbles side by side, stairs can be that plus one above, and walls can be three in a row vertically.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I know you can just make a block and then use the stone cutter, but this is slightly more efficient and more interesting, in my opinion. Not a priority feature, however.
