[Suggestion] Improve options screen.

The current options screen is very cluttered.

Improvement ideas:

All enable/disable options on the left, max. FPS options on the right.
Group compatibility options (force blend, force update) to a different group like in the key bind screen. If possible, put into a drop-down menu.
