As all mortar recipes are hardcoded at the moment, it would be great to plan rebuilding this block's functionality to work with JSON recipe files in the future.

Optional:
Automatically derive recipes from "create:milling" if create-mod is installed.

Additionally:
Could I modify the mortar and use it in a modpack i am currently working on through modrinth?
