Description of the issue is in title. From what I can tell there is no error message. I will upload the logs anyways. Testing went very well but once the mod was live we ran into this issue.

I love this mod and would love to have it on the server! Please let me know if I can do anything else to help!

Very odd. Does this happen to just you or all players on your server? This is doubtful, but is there anything more in your debug.log? If not, I'll put together a jar file with extra logging and have you use it on your client and server to get an idea of what's going on.
I tested it on the modded vanilla client and then used the modpack curseforge instance to test and got the same results. Also tested it on my wife's account and it did the same on her computer.
As far as I know Fabric doesnt contain a debug log. I contacted Apex support and they said that is a forge thing. If that is incorrect I can try looking again for one!

Was there every any progression on a resolution for this issue?
I've put together a jar which has some extra logging which should help debug the situation. Use this jar on both the client and the server, replicate the issue, then post both the client and server log:

Hey I waited to do this until my server update day and it appears the update you pushed has solved my issue. I apologize for not keeping up with the Curseforge page and kind of wasting your time T.T Seriously though the mod is amazing and works great now! Thank you for the support and the mods!
