Basically, when I'm trying to make a photo of anything, if I have Effective installed neither blocks nor entities show up, only the sky.
My thoughts on a possible reason: something to do with the Veil libarary (https://github.com/FoundryMC/Veil) that is built-in into Effective mod.

I'll look into it. In the meantime you can enable direct capture in exposure config, it will fix it most likely.
